Project | 01 Performance Evaluation
This is an example of an evaluation that I made for a service learning project to benefit the curriculum of a post-secondary charter school for special needs adults. I used my hospitality experience and the needs of the school to build a real-world scenario for the students to help prepare them for employment.
Project | 02 Research Paper
This is an example of literary work. It stemmed from a class I chose to take in Diversity -- a necessary understanding for today's global workplace. I granted the instructor permission to use as an example in his Graduate Honors classes.
Project | 03 Instructional Design
This is an example of the Instructional Design work I completed in school. Part of leading and developing people is being able to break down the concepts of instruction. An understanding of this process assists in developing potential training scenarios.
