I've spent over twenty years in the hospitality industry.  My dedication, loyalty and strong work ethic afforded me the opportunity to work my way up through the ranks from an hourly employee to a General Manager position. The valuable experience I have gained over the years nurtured my desire to instruct, lead and develop people and allowed me to parlay my skills to the automotive industry.  I am able to draw on my diverse background and apply it to a wide variety of situations.  I chose to follow an integrative approach in my studies so that I could build on my leadership and development skills. This unique path allowed me to make an impact on today's business environment, where success relies so heavily on team processes and functioning together.  I look forward to establishing myself as a professional in a challenging and rewarding environment.
